Availability
Where climatic restrictions allow, SARJAY produce is grown in small, regular sowings. As a result most vegetables are sold fresh from the ground. Some vegetables, however, have a restricted growing season. These are grown in larger mass plantings.

The table below shows the monthly availability for the main vegetables grown at Braeburn Farm.
